If you want something that has an app so that all of your people can access a church directory, contact information, it's fantastic and I would absolutely recommend it to everybody. I would say just think about what you need and if you're really needing good attendance data, a good attendance management to generate reports and even directories. Actually, I did work at kind of a megachurch a number of years ago, and I think it even would've been a great solution for them as well. I would say it is a great option for small to medium sized churches. They do that as part of their regular fee, which is totally awesome. I don't think it took that long, and I believe it's actually free. They just took the information we had in ACS and they imported it into Breeze and into their system. So I did not work with Breeze directly for the onboarding itself, but from the close co-workers that I worked with, it was very, very easy. So those are some of the reasons we switched and went to Breeze. And their support is really good too when you ask a question. Subsplash Best church communication app for email & SMS blasts. TextMagic starts at 0.049/text + 10/month for a virtual number or sender ID. You click in several different places for forms or groups or whatever, it takes you there. It also offers a carrier lookup & validation tool and real-time text cost control. I had trouble getting any staff to use our previous ChMS but almost all staff are using Breeze. We are a medium size church and we use Breeze for contributions, member management, event checkin and a few other applications custom to our church. So it really, as well, was a very seamless to use kind of product. We switched from a major, web-based ChMS to Breeze and our decision is confirmed every day. And then you've got your signup list and can even collect payment as well. Also, a super seamless way of creating forms so that people could sign up for an event and they could just fill out the information, Breeze links your form to the person's Breeze account and you just click to connect them. And then I can print out their emails, their emergency information, even if I had noted that. We were also able to create tags or groups where we could send out emails very easily just to that group, or even create tags for people that are going to a specific event. And with Breeze you can generate custom reports for all sorts of stuff. For me specifically, we do a lot with taking attendance and generating reports as to people who've been missing from an activity for two or three weeks, so we can get in touch with them. So we just felt like Breeze was a better option. We were actually using, in the youth ministry department, we were using a completely different app to do that. For me specifically in youth ministry, wasn't really giving us easy access to reports, wasn't very easy to take attendance. We switched from ACS, which is not a bad program. Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Tommy Lee, and as a youth pastor, I give Breeze a five out of five.
